U8 Smartwatch review

cold be a Bluetooth Smartwatch that comes with an inbuilt mic and speaker. The watch appearance specialized, sadly the screen is sort of unsatisfactory. The U8 is Associate in a nursing obsolete model and it might be higher if you hunt for another choice. The U8 watch is offered in three completely different colors.

It looks like a premium watch. It is enclosed in a glossy body with a silver base. The body is made up of plastic and the straps are made of good quality soft rubber; they blend well with the glossy body.
There are 3 touch buttons on the front. Overall look wise the watch is pretty impressive. There is a power button on the right side and micro USB port plus speaker out vent and a mic on the right side. A battery of 230 mAh comes built in. Watch is lightweight at 44 grams and is 9.79mm thick.
So far so good but when you power on the watch you will be disappointed by the screen quality. It sports a 1.48-inch screen with 128 x 128 pixels resolution. You can clearly see the pixels in the image/text on the screen. The icons/text are not at all sharp. Touch response, however, is smooth.
The interface, as well as the watch face, looks dull, they are not at all attractive. This smartwatch supports Bluetooth 3.0 and comes with 230 mAh battery. The battery backup is good; will last for almost a day. There is 64MB of internal storage and that is used by the system, so in general, you need a smartphone.

You can use the U8 to dial a number, make or receive calls without touching the phone. There is pedometer to monitor your steps, barometer, and altimeter (measure the altitude).
The speaker volume is okay but it vibrates. You can play music on the phone and control it using the watch. You can also control the smartphone camera.

Verdict
The U8 watch looks really good and battery backup is also decent enough. The screen is a big disappointment – this watch is already outdated, would be better to check the AtonGM 007 or the ZGPAX G15.
So first things is booting up watch. You have to do is hold down the physical power button on the side and then you’re greeted with well across the screen and a very cheesy noise as overall picture is quite fast and take you straight into the clock face.

There are only four clock designs 2 analog and 2 digital. My personal favorite is analog 2.The screen is probably the worst part. The pixels are clearly visible on this watch. It has poor screen resolution but it has a positive impact on battery life. Talk about battery life I was really impressed by the watch. With only 230 mAh battery capacity but that seems to like me nicely a match yet. At least 4 sometimes even 5 days. As long as I turned off at night. I also using power save mode enable. It also uses the screens time out setting in 10 seconds.
The touch screen is surprisingly good. I found it has responsive an accurate so easy to select items from fairly small menu. Talking about small menus, setting the time is really easy to do using the watch is simple drop-down box style system.

U8 Watch has its own operating system with three different menu styles. One fairly basic is black and gold style, the iOs 6 style and iOs 7 style. The scrolling through the menu works nicely. The animations and physics optically convincing. Same goes for scrolling through menus in things like settings. It does not have the heart rate sensor. But it has a few things even big names don’t. Such as I mentioned out yet the pressure and temperature. It has a built-in speaker. It also has a speaker. You can also control music playback on the watch.

The U8 watch won’t work on any phone that doesn’t have Android. This is because at the apps that needed
to send notifications available on Play Store. All subjects notifications they work but that’s it. Any notification on your Android phone will make the U8 buzz or making noise and the notification tag are displayed on the watch. The only options are to delete notification. It can also be done from the watches companion app. Phone calls can be made accepted but success is limited. The audio quality from the watch is pretty awful so I’ve stayed away from this feature.

Overall the U8 watches will surprisingly well. It has some interesting features. The lower screen resolution and software are really annoying but when you realize that the watch is about 10 times cheaper then other smartwatch competitor you might well think again.
